How to Participate

• Chose your suitable stand layout from the exhibition blueprint. Fill your application form. Send it to the organizer contact address.
  

Registration Fees:

Indoor Space with Stand	:270 Euro /m² (minimum of 3x4 m)
Indoor Only Space	:250 Euro /m² (minimum of 3x4 m)
Outside Only Space	:135 Euro /m² (minimum of 3x6 m)

Stand Includes:

• 3 X Partitions (3 side partition)
• 1 X Desk.
• 2 X Chair.
• 1 Electricity Power Point MK (220V)
• Signage in English and Arabic
• 3 X 75watt Spotlights.

• Free Listing in participant's catalogue.
  All travel arrangements including visas & transfers to and from airport.
  Assistance with customs clearance and re-export procedures.

Optional Services:
All exhibitors will receive a copy of the exhibitor's manual which contains full information about official contractors & their available services, Freight forwarding and customs information. Hotel accommodation, transportation, food & beverage, storage, publicity, and all details which might be required.

Terms of Payment
