How can I participate as an exhibitor?

You can go to main menu and choose the registration and fees button where you can get necessary information about the exhibition or you can contact us so our sales team who will provide you with all information.

What is the minimum size of the stand area ?

For fully furnished stand, 12 sqm is the minimum size. For raw space stand, 24 sqm is the minimum size

What are the extra promotional tools for utilizing to promote my company in the exhibition?

Exhibition organizers  are offering you many tools to enhance your cooperateimage and maximize your participation in the exhibition. How can I find a accommodation in Amman?

Amman has a wide range of hotels from 2 - 5 stars at affordable prices.Our travel department can assist you in indicated hotels with the required price  ranges.

When is deadline for stand reservation for the exhibition?

2 months before the show are usual deadline for application forms. However you can directly contact our team to confirm with them about deadline and check if there is any available space.

I am interested to receive regular information about your future projects, what shoul I do?

You can receive regular news, pres releases and/or invitation to our exhibitios. Only you have to do is enter services button and choose information form.

How can hire a translator /stand assistant ?

Please refer to the participation button  and fill in necessary extra requirement form and send it back by fax at least 4 weeks prior to the show or contct us and our sales team can assist you.

How do I bok my travel to Amman?

Do I need a visa?

Exhibitors and visitors who have passports from the following countries DO NOT need to apply visa before entering the Amman, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar,
Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

All other countries require entry visas.

Where can I find the freight procedures?

Please contact our official freight forwarder to arrange to freight details. If you prefer to have your own freight forwarder, please don't forget to pass them the venue adres including the exhibition name and date.
